Terms of Use

Updated November 7, 2026

Using the workspace

NexWeb3 provides blockchain education, learning progress and membership tools. By signing in or creating an account after accepting these terms, you agree to use the service lawfully and follow the requirements shown for each feature. If you do not agree, do not proceed.

Account responsibilities

Provide accurate account information, protect your password and authenticator, and use only accounts and payment records you are authorized to access. Never share wallet seed phrases or private keys. Report suspected account misuse through a verified NexWeb3 support channel.

Education and risk

Educational content is general information, not personalized financial advice or a promise of profit. Digital assets involve risk. You are responsible for evaluating transactions, external platforms and applicable obligations before acting.

Memberships and payments

Review the displayed price, access terms and duration before purchasing. Checkout uses the supported token, network and receiving address shown on the invoice. Sending an unsupported asset or using the wrong network may result in loss. Submitting a transaction hash does not activate membership; server verification and administrative review are required. Internal referral credits are ledger records, not tokens in your external wallet. Eligibility and withdrawal checks apply. Do not pay until any unclear duration, cancellation or refund terms have been clarified with the operator.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate others, upload harmful content, submit fabricated payment proofs, manipulate referrals or rewards, access another member's records, exploit vulnerabilities, attack the service or redistribute restricted learning content without permission. Abusive activity may result in restricted access while it is investigated.

External services and availability

External websites and blockchain networks operate independently. Their availability, prices and transactions are outside the app's control. Features may be interrupted or updated; protect your own records and verify important information independently.

Privacy and updates

Read the Privacy Policy for information about account and activity data. Review the current terms when returning to the service. These terms do not remove any rights that applicable law makes mandatory.
